If you haven’t heard, the Great American Rail Trail is being planned as a traffic-free cross country ride that is 50% complete using existing rail trails. A virtual ride is planned to raise money for its completion. See links below.
FAQ
If you are interested, let me know to coordinate a CCC team for this event. It would be a good cause to ride some local miles. I’ve toured the Great Allegheny Passage several times and know other members who have and other rail trails. This would be a good opportunity to lend support.
