The Cheaha Challenge is the Southeast's pinnacle of road rides. There's a challenge for every rider, with ride options of 22, 44, 62, 84, Century, and Ultra. If you are new to climbing, challenge yourself with the 22 or 44 mile ride that features the milder White's Gap climb. The 62, 84, and Century options offer more stiff climbs that will be a challenge to even experienced climbers. The Cheaha Challenge Ultra consists of 126 miles with 13,500 feet of climbing, featuring the infamous Bains Gap out and back section, and the formidable Chimney Peak! Ultra finishers receive an exclusive finisher t-shirt and are eligible to order an exclusive finisher's jersey. |

Want to take on more than just Sunday's event? Come along with us as we ride to and from the Cheaha Challenge!
Saturday, May 17 and Monday, May 19
Southern Crescent Cycling invites you to join for the weekend, participating in the Cheaha Challenge, plus a ride to and from the event. Choose your own distance each day, accruing a potential total of 326 miles!
SCC SAG support volunteers will accompany the riders to and from Jacksonville, Alabama. If needed, all gear will be transported for you. There are planned rest stops along the way at approximately 33, 50, and 75 miles. Please also be sure to plan for your own success.

- Day 1: Saturday - 100 miles from Atlanta to Anniston, AL on the Silver Comet and Chief Ladiga Trail
- Day 2: Sunday - Complete the Cheaha Challenge distance of your choice
- Day 3: Monday - 100 miles back to Atlanta for a maximum total of 326 miles!
SCC SAG support volunteers will accompany the riders to and from Jacksonville, Alabama. If needed, all gear will be transported for you. There are planned rest stops along the way at approximately 33, 50, and 75 miles. Please also be sure to plan for your own success.
