In early December of each year the Crescent City Cyclists hosts our annual Holiday Progressive Dinner Ride. This event, for members and their guests only, is one of the highlights of the year.

The ride consists of a leisurely ramble around the city with stops at several members’ homes for a succession of holiday meal courses — breakfast, dinner and desert. Or to sum it up: ride a little, eat a lot, ride a little, eat a lot, etc.

Members are encouraged decorate their bikes — and themselves — in the holiday spirit. Prizes are awarded to the member with the best decorated bike and the best costume.
